Hi, I’m Linda
I created this app because, well, because it is when we don’t feel like laughing that we need it most! This is to help you so you are not “alone” and we laugh together. When you need to.
I am the founder of the School of Laughter Yoga and the first Master Trainer in Canada (one of the first 4 in the world).
A pioneer of the laughter yoga movement in North America, I have laughed and worked with thousands of organizations, businesses and groups since 2003 and am regularly invited by the media as an expert to speak about the benefits of laughter
To make the most of our app, vary the exercises and create two to three playlists of your favorite tracks so you can alternate between them! Use them everyday and try to laugh at least 8 minutes a day to get all the benefits of laughing!
