I created this APP because it’s when you don’t feel like laughing that you need it most! This APP helps you because you don’t laugh alone, we laugh together! When you want to!
I am the founder of School of Laughter Yoga and the first Master Trainer in Canada (one of the first 4 in the world).
A pioneer of the movement in North America, I’ve laughed and worked with thousands of organizations, companies and groups since 2003, and am regularly invited by the media as an expert to talk about the benefits of laughter.
To get the most out of our APP, vary the exercises and create two to three different playlists of your favorite tracks so you can alternate between them! Use them every day and try to laugh for at least 8 minutes every day to reap all the benefits of laughter!
