DATA RETENTION

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active. We need this information to provide you with services or to meet our legal obligations. To delete your account or to request that we no longer use your data to provide you with our services, please contact us at info@yogadurire.com. We will process your request within 30 days. We will retain and use your information, where appropriate, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and fulfill our contracts.

CHOICE/UNREGISTRATION

You can request to no longer receive news, newsletters from École du yoga du rire or e-mails from our partners. To do so, click on the “Manage my preferences” link at the bottom of each e-mail from Laughter Yoga School and choose the options accordingly. You can usually opt-out of these communications at the time of registration. In addition, we will continue to send you service-related announcements, including, but not limited to, e-mail regarding a registration, e-mails regarding benefits offered, e-mails automatically sent when you perform certain actions on the site, and notices regarding invoices. As a general rule, you cannot opt out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you can deactivate your account.

If you use a RIRE+ Laughter Exercises mobile app, you may occasionally receive push notifications from us informing you of any events or promotions we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive this type of communication, you can deactivate it in your device settings.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you provide when using the site is protected in various ways.

• Your personal data is stored on a secure server, to which only certain Laughter Yoga School staff members and certain Laughter Yoga School suppliers have access via a password.
