LAUGHTER AND CHOCOLATE
A multi-sensory program to relieve stress and make way for mindfulness!
This program is different from all the others in that it combines Laughter Yoga exercises, breathing and mindfulness moments, as well as a delicious fine chocolate tasting!
What do laughter and chocolate have in common?
Well, they both trigger the releasing of endorphins in the body! This hormone, also known as the “happy hormone”, has pain-relieving and anti-depression properties! What does it mean? The beneficial effects of laughter are amplified by the pleasure of tasting delicious bites of chocolate.
Our tasting workshops vary in length from 15 to 90 minutes. We adjust our program to suit your schedule… and the number of bites of chocolate to be tasted. The number of participants is determined by the space you have available.
Chocolate tasting takes place throughout the program and we only eat quality fine chocolates. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
By the end of the Laughter and Chocolate experience, your taste buds will be smiling! You’ll feel relaxed, happy and open, and you’ll know how to get back into that state of mind when you need to, thanks to the exercises taught during the program. With what you’ve learned, you’ll be able to feel good, energized and relaxed whenever you want!
Laughter 101 with Linda
How about giving your team a wellness break?
During this workshop, your team will learn to identify the stress signals that may arise during times of crisis so that they can better understand them, support one another, and manage them effectively.
They’ll experiment with breathing, BrainGym™ and mindfulness exercises. They’ll also receive a worksbook hop so they can “keep track” of their discoveries, ideas, intentions and reflections and return to it as many times as they like.
By the end of this program, your team members will be better equipped to manage their own energy and stress, and that of their colleagues. They are more attentive to each other, and know how to diffuse tension by laughing.
Stress Terminator
What if your team took some time to relax and unwind?
With this workshop, participants will learn to identify the physical and mental impact of stress and use concrete exercises to reduce it quickly and effectively.
They will receive a list of all the exercises they have tried out, so that they can continue to practice them on their own, as well as a 12-day joyful action plan.
By the end of this workshop, your team members will be more relaxed, more cooperative, better at communicating, and above all, more motivated!

I created these different programs because I was one of you a few years ago. I know all too well the pains and difficulties of being too stressed and too serious at work!
