Celebrating the present moment

“Happiness is having good health and a bad memory”.

My friend David Kelm shared this quote from Neal Donald Walsch with me. These few words suddenly made a lot of sense to me. It’s true, because our memories (whether good or not so good) take us back to the past, whereas happiness is in the present moment. I often say that laughter puts us completely in the present moment. While we’re laughing, we’re not thinking about what has happened or what could happen. For the coming New Year, I wish us more present!!!!

Laughter, joy and peace
