This individual program lasts eight weeks and allows you to rediscover the joy of laughing in your everyday life.
The progressive content will help you to identify your sources of happiness and joy, things that trigger laughter in your life and most especially to give you a tangible way to reconnect to your JOY and to your LAUGHTER!
Carried out in person or through Skype or Zoom, weekly meetings and daily correspondances will support you throughout your joyful journey!
