Hi, I’m Linda!
In 2005, after offering laughter yoga sessions since 2003, I was on my way to Naramata, BC, to improve my knowledge because I wanted to train leaders who could start laughter clubs in their communities. My intention was to learn everything I needed and increase my expertise in order to improve my own practice of laughter yoga and to share my knowledge with people who could also, on their own time, share the philosophy!
In the Spring of 2010, I became one of the four people in the world chosen by Dr. Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga, to become Master Trainer and therefore train new teachers myself. For me, this title is a big responsibility because I see my role as a source of “inspiration”. I practice what I teach because I firmly believe that our laughter yoga practice and our teaching goes hand in hand with practice. I wouldn’t feel good about it if I was teaching only from what I read. I need to try everything and validate everything! Laughter yoga needs to be experienced. As a Master Trainer, I have to experience what I teach.
In this training, I open my notebook wide and I share my tricks, tools, and discoveries so you can help inspire the leaders you’ll be training.
And if you choose to follow the training to deepen your knowledge without offering training, you’ll still be treated the same!
