Hi, I’m Linda!
In 2003, following a car accident, I noticed that I hadn’t had a good belly laugh that feels so good in a really long time. The stressful and serious life I was living had taken over the energizing laughter. That’s when I discovered laughter yoga and when Dr. Madan Kataria, the laughter clubs creator was first visiting Montreal, I jumped on the opportunity to train as a leader.
I can really tell that this first week changed my life! I was able to laugh out loud, without holding back! I found my joyful and smiling nature back because the more we practice, the more our natural laugh starts spontaneously!
I started the Yoga Laughter School and I ended up making it my mission and my work!
As the advertising said, “I loved the product so much, I bought the company!” Once a leader, I became a teacher, and then a Master Teacher.
Being a laughter yoga leader is understanding how intentional laughter help you in order to share it with others and help them use this wonderful tool. Our objective? Be the laugh!
