I created Partir du bon pied to start the day in the best way possible: smiling, breathing, and laughing! This is the best way to get started before work! We get rid of the preoccupations by laughing for a few minutes, we breathe, we relax a little and we’re ready for a day filled with happiness! I love starting my days laughing with you!

I am the founder of the School of Laughter Yoga and the first Master Trainer in Canada (and one of the four first Master Trainers in the world).

Pioneer of the movement in North America, I have laughed and worked with thousands of organizations, businesses, and groups since 2003 and am invited regularly by the media as an expert to talk about the benefits of laughter.
